Being a corporate whistle blower at a multinational aerospace company was a big challenge. Having the Federal government work against me has proven to be an even bigger challenge. If the Federal government does not enforce the laws, what good are the laws? I don't see how Dodd-Frank will be any different than prior attempts at confronting criminal executives when the government is inept.
